Our 40+ years of experience in the machining industry have shown consistently that customers require high quality and responsive service from their suppliers. At Bach Tool, we understand those demands, and have steadily evolved with the industry as we serve our customers.
Our business has grown into a high precision machining operation where we run a range of materials from plastics to nickel alloys, specializing in state-of-the-art processes. Production runs vary from one-off prototypes to hundreds of thousands of parts.
Initially, we focused our capabilities to building prototype machined components including rubber forming molds. Our prototype and mold customers required machined components as well. Today, we stock our own line of mold bases and materials that enable us to meet our customers' special requirements with responsive turnaround times. Many of our customers are military and aerospace manufacturers seeking our expertise in vibration reduction molds for everything from guidance system components and electronics housings, to hydraulic valve manifold components.
President Richard Ebersbach started Bach Tool Precision in 1992 in a basement. Today we employ six highly-skilled machinists and operate in a new 5,400 square foot building. We take exceptional pride in our workmanship and meeting our customers’ needs.
We are ISO 9001:2008 certified, and proud to take part in Department of Defense programs such as the ATFLIR system, and the Boeing C-17 Globemaster.
